Ambition

After 6 years of refurbishment, restoration and rebuilding the National Gallery of Ireland was finally re-opening the doors of the Dargan and Milltown wings to the public. They wanted to welcome the Irish public back to their National Gallery to enjoy it fully.

Inspiration

At Bloom, we were delighted to join the team of designers, filmmakers and musicians to herald the re-opening and announce that The National Gallery of Ireland is indeed ‘An Inspiration for The Nation’.

Attention

Of course the beautifully renovated building was part of the attraction, but it houses some of our most celebrated and cherished artworks, so we showcased both in a beautiful piece of online video, giving a small insight into the work done to re-store and re-open the wings. We also issued the rallying call to the people of Ireland, to remind the National Gallery exists for them, preserving a visual history of our country, and to come and see the works and the building.
